This is Fred, an 11-year-old male Maremma Sheepdog from Melbourne. Fred loves having a long stretch on his back frequently but this time it was even more adorable as he has just had a shave all over. Those who know the Maremma breed they have a thick and long white coat but Fred has to be shaved in the summer.He's an old boy and doesn't cope with the Australian heat well. Photo sent by Cindy.
