This is Oscar (Full name: Oscar von Grafenberg zu Flingern III), an 8-month-old male mixed breed dog from Düsseldorf, Germany. We found Oscar on doggy death row only two days before he was going to be euthanized simply for existing…! This photo was taken just a few weeks after he arrived in our humble home and he has been nothing but a bundle of joy since day one. He is a crazy little beast and loves playing so much that he throws and fetches his own toys!!!! The rope in the photo though, is not so much for throwing but rather his tug-of-war toy. The shot was taken while he was cooling down after a signifiant victory filled with growling and shaking, and of course being picked up and swung around a bit, which is his favorite when he is really clamped down on the rope :) Photo sent by Aaron.
