This is Jack, a 5-month-old male Australian Shepard from Fairfax, VA. Jack was rescued by animal control after his previous owner continually stamped on his head and tried to flush him down the toilet at 3 months old. 2 Months later he now is the happiest puppy alive and lives with his owner who volunteered at the shelter he was brought into. He's partially deaf and blind but that doesn't stop him from smiling or from making everyone he meets smile!
